Spanish Tapas

$130.00

Join us for this unique cooking ( and eating) experience.  You will be making 5 Traditional Spanish Tapas throughout your class.  Instead of preparing all at once you will be making and enjoying each dish as they are prepared,  Complimentary Sangria   (Bring your own Albarino & Riojas !)

Spanish Tapas

Gambas al Ajillo: Garlic shrimp cooked with olive oil and chili flakes. We will go through how to prepare and cook the shrimp just enough to avoid them from becoming rubbery.

Patatas Bravas: Crispy fried potatoes served with a spicy tomato sauce. Class will learn a lot on how to balance flavors and spices just right. We will also be making a Garlic Aioli with this.

Croquetas de Jamón: Small croquettes made with ham and béchamel sauce, coated in breadcrumbs and fried until crispy. The challenge is to get the béchamel consistency right.

Albóndigas en Salsa: Meatballs made with ground beef and pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, and spices like paprika and garlic, served in a Tomato Sauce

Ensalada Mixta (Mixed Salad): Fresh greens, tomatoes, onions, and olives, dressed with a simple vinaigrette
