Pomegranate Fruity Vinegar

Prepared with pure pomegranate juice, this vinegar has a natural, bright colour and a unique flavour. Only the pomegranates chosen at full maturity, gorged with sugar, are selected to make and flavour this deliciously tangy recipe which will give a new dimension to your salty and sweet culinary preparations. It will make you travel in your childhood memories so much it evokes the syrup of grenadine! The juice and seeds of the pomegranate are naturally rich in vitamins C, A and E, contains calcium, potassium and iron, a source of powerful antioxidants.
