It’s the ideal mix of activity and socializing—less cooking than our Private Cooking Class, more time for laughter, connection, and celebration.

A Private Cooking Class is fully hands-on and instructional—your group cooks a curated menu with our chefs, enjoys appetizers and wine, and uses the Cookshop & Patio. It’s ideal for groups of 24 or fewer who want more cooking and learning.
The Private Cooking Party is designed for larger, more social groups (up to 36). It includes a lighter cooking activity (like cavatelli, gnocchi, or dessert) followed by a chef-catered buffet meal, making it perfect for showers, family gatherings, and team outings.
Our large-format experiences reserve the full facility, so the price remains the same regardless of whether you have 16 guests or 36 guests. For example, the Mercantile Buffet Lunch Package is $5,000 total for up to 36 guests, no matter your final headcount. This ensures you have full use of both kitchens and the patio for a seamless, private event.
Yes, most of our experiences can be customized.
- For Family Recipe, we recreate your heirloom dish with your family’s cook as the guest instructor.
- For Cooking Parties and Pizza Parties, you can choose your cooking activity (gnocchi, cavatelli, cookie decorating, pizza dough, mozzarella pulling, etc.).
- For Chef’s Table and Chef’s Counter, menus are fully curated by our culinary team and can be tailored to your preferences.
Most events include a Prosecco toast and house wine service, with optional upgrades such as wine pairings, premium bottles, or a full wine & beer package. All premium wine selections can be added à la carte for a customized beverage experience. Corking fees also apply if you bring your own bottles.
