Celebration Package

$150.00

Make It Your Merc.

Your celebration starts when you book, with a beautifully packaged Merc Gift Box and invitations to send to the guests you want to share the experience with.

A birthday, an anniversary, or simply a reason to get your favorite people together. Add our Celebration Package to your class or culinary event, and let us help make the occasion feel special from the gift they open to the toast you share and the memories you take home.

Start with the gift

Your included Merc Gift Box holds a small Merc candle and a gourmet item from our chefs or pantry. Choose a class or event date and we’ll include a presentation card with the booking details. Or purchase a gift card to include in the box and let your recipient choose an available date later. Class or event tickets and gift-card value are purchased separately.

Invitations are included for you to send to the guests you want to share the experience with.

Then celebrate at the Merc

  • One Merc celebration apron for your guest of honor to wear and take home.
  • Prosecco service and a celebration dessert for your party to mark the occasion together.
  • Personalized keepsake menus featuring the honoree’s name, the occasion and your event’s menu.
  • A Merc favor gift bag for every guest in your party: a gourmet treat from our chefs or pantry, a custom candle created by the Merc, their personalized menu and a card for 15% off a future booking.
  • Celebrate with your Merc family. Share your special occasion with your guests and new friends around our table. Our team, or entertainer when available, will bring everyone together to sing Happy Birthday, toast an anniversary or celebrate another milestone.
  • A group photo to remember it by, with a celebration post on our social media if you’d like to be featured.

One package covers up to six guests, including one gift box and one apron. It works for a couple, too. For more than six guests, contact us for a larger-party package quote.

Your celebration takes place as part of the scheduled public class or culinary event, with that event’s menu. Class or event tickets and gift-card value are purchased separately.

The Celebration Package is already included in our private-event pricing. Private-event guests do not need to purchase this add-on.

Make it even more yours

Add a little more to your celebration:

  • Wine upgrades and additional bottles
  • Flowers and custom floral arrangements
  • Table decorations and a personalized tablescape
  • Additional Merc aprons, including custom options

Enhancements are priced separately and subject to availability.

Cook Like a Chef,  Dine Like Family

From the moment you walk in, we’ll welcome you with a complimentary glass of wine or a non-alcoholic drink. Additional wine is available for purchase on-site. You’ll start the night off with an appetizer and some casual mingling to get to know the others in your class.

Then it’s time to cook. Our stations are fully prepped with everything you need, and you’ll work in groups of 2–4 (don’t worry, we’ll pair you up if needed). Prefer to cook solo? Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll make it happen.

Once aprons are on, you’ll spend about 90 minutes cooking alongside our chef and kitchen team, learning, laughing, and maybe making a little mess. The final meal is a mix of your own creations and chef-prepared dishes, depending on what’s fresh, seasonal, and working best that day.

When it’s time to eat, we’ll serve you at our beautiful communal table on our enclosed patio, where you’ll enjoy a restaurant-style experience with all the charm of a dinner party.
