Organic aromatic basil - 200ml

From the simultaneous pressing of Peranzana olives, typical of northern Puglia, and fresh basil cultivated and processed by Bio Orto, a unique organic dressing with an enveloping and delicate taste is created, ideal for enhancing the flavor of hot dishes, but also for being used raw. Organic Orto's Aromatic Basil is a high quality product thanks to the excellence of the ingredients and the production method in which Peranzana olives and fresh basil are ground together at a constant and controlled temperature of 27°C. This process makes it possible to obtain an extraordinarily fragrant dressing able to enhance the flavor of hot and cold dishes.
